The National Key R&D Program "Key Technologies for Embedded Integrated Intelligent Bearings with Sensors" has been launched

       On May 16th, the kickoff meeting and implementation plan demonstration meeting of the national key research and development plan "Key Technology of Sensor Embedded Integrated Intelligent Bearing" project was held at ZWZ Group. Leaders from the High tech Research and Development Center of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Dalian Science and Technology Bureau, as well as experts from China Machinery Industry Federation, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Henan University of Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, Shijiazhuang Railway University, Luoyang Axle Research Technology Co., Ltd., Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd., General Manager Zhang Xinghai, Chief Engineer Yu Changxin, and project leaders attended the meeting.

    The meeting was divided into two parts: the project kick-off meeting and the implementation plan demonstration meeting.

    The project kickoff meeting was chaired by Changxin Yu and delivered a speech by Xinghai Zhang . On behalf of ZWZ Group,  Xinghai Zhang expressed his gratitude to the leaders and experts for their arrival. He pointed out that as the project's undertaking unit, ZWZ Group deeply feels the great responsibility and glorious mission. He will fulfill the leading responsibility in accordance with the relevant provisions of the national science and technology plan, strengthen the construction of scientific research integrity, implement project guarantee conditions, do a good job in intellectual property protection and achievement transformation, and achieve more first-class innovative achievements, so that the project can be implemented with high quality and contribute to the innovative development of the intelligent bearing field.

     The leaders of the High tech Research and Development Center of the National Natural Science Foundation of China fully affirmed the research strength and foundation of the project team, hoping that the project team can fully leverage the advantages of the "industry university research application" project team and accelerate the implementation of the strategic requirements of building a strong country through science and technology. Xinghai Jiang , Deputy Director of Dalian Science and Technology Bureau, stated that the bureau will fully support the project and ensure its smooth implementation. He hopes that the project team will boldly innovate, achieve breakthroughs and demonstration applications in key areas, and play an important role in the development of intelligent bearing technology and industry in China and Dalian.

     At the project implementation plan demonstration meeting, the project leader and Professor Qingkai Han from Northeastern University gave a comprehensive report on the project background, task decomposition and indicator implementation, technical plan and implementation plan. Each project leader has reported on the project objectives and implementation plan. The expert group has conducted a demonstration and on-site inspection of the project implementation plan, and unanimously believes that the project's technical roadmap is clear, core indicators are clear, the management system is sound, the coordination mechanism is sound, and the organizational management measures are feasible. They agreed to approve the demonstration of the project implementation plan.

    The project of "Key Technology of Sensor Embedded Integrated Intelligent Bearing" is led by ZWZ Group, jointly undertaken by Changsha University of Science and Technology, Foshan Graduate Innovation College of Northeastern University, Shanghai Institute of Aerospace Measurement and Control Technology of China Aviation Industry Corporation, Dongguan University of Technology, Zhejiang University, Chongqing University, Harbin Institute of Technology, Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Donghua Testing Technology Co., Ltd..

    The project focuses on the key technology of embedded integrated intelligent bearings, revealing the correlation mechanism between the service status of heavy-duty bearings and the physical quantities at the source end, developing the theory of monitoring the service status of embedded intelligent bearings at the source end, realizing the integrated design of intelligent bearing functional structures, breaking through the in-situ manufacturing and high reliability integration technology of multi parameter sensors, forming a design and manufacturing method and technical system for sensor embedded integrated intelligent bearings, and playing an important supporting role in improving the basic design capability and manufacturing process level of high-performance bearings in China, and promoting the manufacturing level of key national equipment.
