Position
SENIOR BEARING DESIGN ENGINEER (M/F/D)
Your tasks：
  • Design of large roller bearings (400 - 2000 mm)
  • Design and optimization including bearing simulation and experimental verification
  • Creation of drawings, specifications, calculations and test planning
  • Development of innovative concepts in terms of manufacturability, modularization and efficiency
  • Check of equipment standards related to structure, vibration and friction
  • Root cause analysis of malfunctions such as vibration and mechanical problems
  • Cooperation with customers, suppliers and production
Your profile：
  • Successful degree in mechanical engineering or comparable training
  • At least 10 years of experience in the development of large diameter bearings
  • Understanding of rolling bearings, their calculation and design
  • Experience with the use and application of relevant standards (e.g. DIN, ISO)
  • Familiar with one or more calculation programs such as KISSsoft, LVR, Romax, MASTA
  • Comprehensive design knowledge with 2D and 3D CAD software such as AutoCAD and Creo
  • Knowledge / experience with FEM analysis (ANSYS ， ABAQUS ， MSC)
  • Structured and analytical way of working, as well as international teamwork and flexibility
  • Good written and spoken English and willingness to travel internationally
